ПСИХОЛОГИЯ ДУХОВНОСТИ С.Л. ФРАНКА (К 145-ЛЕТИЮ УЧЕНОГО). ЧАСТЬ II. ОСНОВНЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ

Аннотация. Статья продолжает начатое ранее в настоящем журнале описание идей творческого наследия С.Л. Франка, содержащих основы для разработки особой области психологического знания, изучающей сверхсубъективную, трансцендентную реальность жизни субъекта (Фролова, 2022). Выделяются ключевые направления развития психологии духовности: психология эмпатии, психология самопреодоления и истинной свободы человека, психология веры, психология смысла жизни, а также психологические основы психотерапии духовности. Подчеркиваются методологические находки Франка для объяснения природы глубинной эмпатии как транссубъективного переживания. Отмечается осуществленное Франком открытие феномена самопреодоления как одной из главных сил душевной жизни, внутреннего развития, самоформирования, сохранения психического здоровья и обретения подлинной свободы человека. Анализ творческих идей Франка позволил выделить другие пути достижения подлинной экзистенциальной, внутренней свободы: борьба за смысл своей жизни и добровольный выбор ценностного содержания веры.Рассматриваются природа способности человека к вере, сопряженной с пониманием присутствия в жизни абсолютного Непостижимого (Бог, Божество, Дух), модусы психологического отношения к нему и их зависимость от степени эгоцентричности личности. Фиксируется глубокая эрудиция Франка в вопросах клинической психологии, позволившая выделить ему сущностный критерий отличия трансцендентного сознания от психопатологического. Объясняются преимущества методологии сверхрационального всеединства Франка перед другими экзистенциально и гуманистически ориентированными личностными и психотерапевтическими теориями в разрешении целого ряда противоречивых вопросов личностного роста, развития самости, поиска смысла жизни. Делается вывод о психотерапевтическом потенциале теоретических положений психологии духовности Франка.

Summary. The article continues the discussion of the ideas constituting S.L. Frank’s creative heritage that the author started early in this journal. These ideas provide the foundations for a specific field of psychological knowledge that studies a supersubjective, transcendental dimension of a subject’s life (Frolova, 2022). The author identifies key directions for the development of psychology of spirituality: psychology of empathy, psychology of self-overcoming and a person’s genuine freedom, psychology of faith, psychology of meaning in life, psychological foundations for psychotherapy of spirituality. The article highlights Frank’s methodological insights into elucidating the nature of deep empathy as a trans-subjective feeling. The author states that Frank discovered the phenomenon of self-overcoming as one of the major forces of mental life, inner development, self-formation, maintaining mental health and gaining genuine freedom. The analysis of Frank’s creative ideas revealed alternative ways to gain genuine existential inner freedom: struggle for the meaning in one’s life and free choice of the value substance of faith. The article looks at the nature of a human ability to believe, that is connected with the understanding of the presence of the absolute Inconceivable (God, Deity, Spirit) in one’s life, modes of existence of psychological attitude towards it and their dependence on the degree of a person’s self-absorption. Frank demonstrated deep erudition in the issues of clinical psychology that enabled him to identify essential criterion for differentiating transcendental consciousness from psychopathological consciousness. The author describes the advantages of S. L. Frank’s methodology of super-rational unitotality over other existentially and humanistically oriented personal and psychotherapeutic theories in solving a wide range of controversial issues of personal growth, development of sameness, the search for the meaning in life. In conclusion, the author focuses on the psychotherapeutic potential of. Frank’s theoretical foundations for psychology of spirituality.
