МЕЖДУНАРОДНАЯ НАУЧНО-ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬСКАЯ И НАУЧНО-ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННАЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ИНСТИТУТА ПСИХОЛОГИИ АН СССР В 1972-1975 гг.

Аннотация. Рассмотрены направления и формы международного научного сотрудничества Института психологии АН СССР (ИПАН) в первые годы его существования (1972-1975 гг.). С этой целью изучены и проанализированы архивные материалы, касающиеся деятельности ИПАН – годовые отчеты сотрудников, лабораторий и Института, стенограммы Ученого совета, выступлений руководства Института, публикации сотрудников и деловая документация. Отмечается, что уже с первых месяцев работы сотрудники ИПАН были вовлечены в международные контакты и совместные научно-исследовательские и научно-организационные проекты с зарубежными учеными и организациями. Живой интерес к психологическим исследованиям в ИПАН был проявлен и со стороны зарубежных ученых. Выделяются следующие направления международного сотрудничества: участие в зарубежных конференциях, научных командировках и стажировках, прием иностранных ученых, планирование международного сотрудничества с психологическими центрами социалистических и капиталистических стран. Приводятся список персоналий-участников международных коммуникаций ИПАН и основные темы сотрудничества. Описывается содержание научных командировок и итоги совместных исследований. Делается вывод, что международное сотрудничество исходно являлось для ИПАН одним из важнейших направлений научно-исследовательской и научно-организационной деятельности. Таким образом, можно утверждать, что на рубеже 1970-х гг. произошел решительный переход советской психологии от политики научного изоляционизма к ее интеграции в общемировое научное пространство.

Summary. The article discusses the directions of international scientific cooperation of the Institute of Psychology of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1972-1975. The importance of international contacts and joint research and scientific-organizational projects in the psychology of the Soviet era is noted. The authors show the interest in Soviet psychology, in particular, in psychological research at the Institute of Psychology on the part of foreign scientists. It is substantiated that international cooperation of the Institute of Psychology was one of the most important areas of research and scientific-organizational activity in the first years of its functioning. The following areas of international cooperation of the Institute of Psychology are distinguished: participation in foreign conferences and academic trips, reception of foreign scientists at the Institute of Psychology, development of international cooperation with psychological centers of socialist and capitalist countries. The participation of employees of the Institute of Psychology in foreign conferences held in various socialist and capitalist countries is considered, the content of scientific trips and the results of joint research is described. Foreign scientists who visited the Institute of Psychology and interacted with laboratory staff on problems of various branches of psychology are indicated. A special area of international activity of the Institute of Psychology is designated – the organization of formal cooperation with psychological centers of socialist and capitalist countries. It included the conclusion of agreements on further research and scientific-organizational cooperation, the creation of projects for the development of scientific and applied problems of psychology, participation in the programs of scientific-technical cooperation of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA). Within the framework of the CMEA Comprehensive Program, the Institute of Psychology was entrusted with the function of coordinating the activities of scientific institutions under the program “Elaboration of Ergonomic Requirements for Technical Means of Presenting Information to a Human Operator”. From the very beginning of its functioning, the Institute of Psychology was involved in various forms of international cooperation, since discussion of scientific and applied problems of psychology together with foreign experts and familiarization with the experience and results of foreign research is a prerequisite for the successful development of psychological knowledge.
