Динамический подход к исследованию психологии личности

Аннотация. Развиваются идеи Л.И. Анцыферовой, сформулированные ею в рамках динамического подхода к исследованию личности. Общенаучная проблема «феномена человека» находит свое отражение в конкретных психологических направлениях анализа, рассматривающих «человека как личность», «человека как субъекта жизни», «человека как индивидуальность». Для психологической науки «феномен человека» тесно связан с признанием собственнойактивности личности, с пониманием ее включенности во взаимодействие с миром и принципиальной неразделенности с ним и, одновременно, с принятием положения о пристрастности и избирательности личности по отношению к миру. Предметом обсуждения выступила проблема активности личности, а целью – изучение психологических механизмов, реализующих активность субъекта относительно ретроспективы и перспективы жизни и связанных с ними общих стратегий исследования прошлого и будущего – ретросказания и предсказания. Показана специфика психологических механизмов ретросказания – регрессии, эмоциональной переоценки и когнитивной реконструкции опыта; в качестве психологических механизмов предсказания как общей стратегии обращения к будущему опыту, рассмотреныантиципация и мотивационное опосредствование. В целом активность личности как субъекта жизни представлена в статье как непрерывный процесс, характеризующийся двумя базовыми особенностями – обратимостью и внутренней связанностью, т.е. возможностью в разные периоды жизни обращения к своей истории и перспективам развития, к их реконструкции и переоценке.

Summary. The L.I. Antsyferova's ideas to the to the Personality research which were formulated by her within dynamic approach were developed in the paper. Such general scientific problem as the «Man's phenomenon» is reflected in the concrete psychological directions which are considering the «Man as the personality» as well as the «Man as the Subject of the life» and the «Man as the individuality». For psychological science, the «Man's phenomenon» is closely connected with recognition of the own activity of the personality, with understanding of her inclusiveness in the interaction with the world as well as the principled unseparation with it and, at the same time, with the partiality and selectivity of the personality within the relation to the world. The discussion subject-matter was the problem of the personality activity. The purpose of this work was the study of the psychological mechanisms of the Subject activity concerning the retrospective and the prospect of his life and his general strategy of the research of the past and the future – the retro-story and the prediction. The specifics of psychological mechanisms of the retro-story such as the regression and the emotional revaluation and the cognitive reconstruction of experience were shown. The psychological mechanisms of the prediction as the general strategy of the appeal to future experience such as the anticipation and the motivational intermediation also were considered. The activity of the personality as the Subject of his life was presented in article as the continuous process which characterized by two basic features. The first was the reversibility and the second was the internal coherence, i.e. an opportunity of the appeal to the history and the prospects of development, to their reconstruction and revaluation during the different periods of the life.
